LAUGHTER - There have been so many benefits that we have heard about.

Laughter is definitely contagious and I absolutely agree that it helps to fight stress and keeps our mind healthy.

Oh Yeah. Laughter keeps us physically fit too. They say laughing 100 times is equivalent to 15 minutes of exercise on the bike.

 

Hehe..I am thinking if I were to laugh 100 times a day, my colleagues and kids would probably think that I am crazy *lol*.

Hmm….I am too busy to exercise and I am thinking how I can activate that 100 laughters a day *smile*.

I would imagine….to activate that trigger of laughter, do not forget to crack some jokes, read some comics, watch some comedies, recall some past happy happenings, be around happy people, and join in the presence of the kids who have their natural abilities to make us laugh, somehow.

I discovered the key trigger factor that makes me LAUGH. They are, of course, the presence of my boys.

True. They make me blow my top at times. But they have made it up by multiplying the uncountable laughter in my life too:)

 

So, let’s spread the power of LAUGHTER.  Have you wasted your day by forgetting to LAUGH?
