Chinese Taoist Philosopher, Lao Tzu, once said “Give a man a fish, you feed him for the day; Teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”

This is so meaningful……  I have always thought that I am a good parent by readily providing and doing things for my boys. AHEM….now I am guilty of the many occasions when I get things done for them instead of showing them how to do it.  Well, parents learn along the way and it is never too late to adjust. Parents, are you also in my same shoes?

I have brought them to fish but not because of the proverbs, of course! Haha!
