Amazing Journey, Amazing Feelings
It has been such an amazing journey and feelings ………………
FROM the days that
They started kicking and tossing in my tummy
Then we felt the WARMTH as
The doctor cut off the umbilical cords and I felt their warmth in my arms, in my heart
We heard their first cry
We felt their hunger and satisfaction while we fed them in the middle of the night
Then we were overwhelmed with EXCITEMENT as
They opened their mouths and called “Papa” and “Mama”
They achieved their first milestone to take that first step on their feet
They flashed that melting smile with their first tooth in their gums
Then we got HELPLESS as
They started getting inquisitive, with endless questions
We got caught in their brotherly struggles and fight for attention
Then we felt the GREATEST HAPPINESS IN OUR LIVES as
They performed well in their studies and activities
Others sing praises of them
They are well-behaved
It has been such an amazing journey. Our parenthood journey will be continuing for a long long time. Everyday’s moments spent with my two wonderful boys, form amazing parts of the journey. Bitter, sweet it might be but I am enjoying the fruits of my motherhood efforts.
