Cleaning Up Mess

These are candid shots of Darren cleaning up the mess that he has created…..Biscuit crumps.

Darren: “Oh! Oh! Mummy is going to scold me for creating the dirty mess but actually the biggest reason for me to clean is that I don’t want the ants crawling all over the room. I hate ants! First, I take tissue and then I wet it with water. Then I start cleaning without mummy knowing. Oops, why has the tissue paper shrunk in size?”

Mummy: “Hmmm…such a loveable boy to take the initiative to clean up the biscuit crumps. It is good to train a kid to learn to take responsibility for his own actions.”

Yo, isn't the paper too small for cleaning?

Cleaning continues but out of the boundary. Over cleaning??

A victorious smile. Not bad and a cleaning job well-done.

I get so proud when my daughter cleans up after herself. She’s not yet 13 months and sometimes I’ll catch her picking up her toys. I dunno if you have watched Friends but my husband calls me Monica because she’s so CLEAN. So it brings a tear to my eye when she does this.
