Festive Mood Is In the Air….
From what I see…. on these days, Santa Claus is portrayed in all “shapes and sizes”.
[Wikipedia: "....today Santa Claus is generally depicted as a plump, jolly, white-bearded man wearing a red coat with white collar and cuffs, white-cuffed red trousers, and black leather belt and boots (images of him rarely have a beard with no moustache)."]
A tanned Santa Claus with straight moustache. Children would love this Santa Claus who has a bag of gifts to offer:)
A fair skin Santa Claus with curly moustache
A slim Santa Claus? Children are not bothered. He is popular among children with his ability to create different types of balloons:)
A Santa Claus cum Christmas tree. Young children love this Santa Claus anyway because he creates bubbles (closest to snow) around him:)
Oops! Is this Santa Claus or Santa Marilyn? Oh…a very sexy Santa in dress and stockings! He attracts both children and adults with his “flying” skirt and that “Grin”
As for you, are you in favour of a “conventional” Santa Claus or what is your impression of the image of Santa Claus?
I still prefer the “conventional” Santa Claus who has always been much adored by children and brings much joy to children through the spirits of giving and sharing.
While the shopping complexes and some streets are decorated for Christmas, we have also set-up our Christmas tree at home.
Finally, we have the family’s combined efforts to decorate the tree. This year, we decided to dress our tree with a fresh look. While Papa Ed and I chose the new Christmas ornaments and set up the tree, the children helped to propose the new theme for the tree and decorate it.
We love our Christmas tree especially with its glittering effect. It is such a joy looking at it while we spend our family time in the living room *smile*.
wow..lovely xmas tree!
festive mood abound indeed. :)
I think the real Santa is old, fat, white and has a long white beard. The skinny, tanned and Marilyn Santa’s just look all wrong…
Nice X’mas tree in your house! Nicely decorated.
Hi Michael,
The kids did a good job :)
