Family Playtime : Bumper Car Ride
Oh! Each time when we are at the theme parks, our boys will be looking out for bumper car rides. For that few minutes of short ride, I can never understand why our boys do not mind the long queue.
“Bumping cars” from Singapore, to Australia, to Malaysia ……. Brendan, especially, likes these bumper car rides found in Downtown East, Pasir Ris in Singapore.
Definitely, the bumps are gentler as the cars are protected with rubber covers. Besides the forward, backward, left and right move, the car spins too! Interestingly, the cars are round.
All we have to do is to steer the gears at both sides and lean back to enjoy the bumping rides!
For once, even I didn’t want to give the ride a miss:) I was hopping into the next ride immediately after the photo and video moments and Darren decided to ride in his own car too.
Our boys must be having a good time because it is one of those rare moments that they could attack their parents with those naughty bumps!
Whoa! We like the feeling of having the whole ring to ourselves…on a weekday.
I wish Brendan could be as skilful in driving (without the bumps of course!) when he reaches the lawful age (Ha!Ha! another 7 years) because then I could really retire and take a back seat in my car. Already counting down *smile*.

My sons love bumper cars too! Once, my elder son was hurt and bleeding from gums after being bang from the back. However, it is not in Spore, Downtown East is safe.
Playing with kids always make u forget everything
Hello there Denesa, I’m also interested in this. (Please take a look at my latest post.) This article makes for very thought-provoking reading; you have certainly provided me with some food for thought. - cars2scrap
