Blogging and Me
It was only this year that I started my first parenting blog. Papa Ed was the first one in the family to start a blog on his hobby and while learning much from him on his experience, it daunted on me that “why not I start my own parenting blog?” I had absolutely no knowledge then and did not know how or where to start. Most importantly, I did not believe that I would have the time to blog! However, I ventured into my journey of blogging anyway and must say that I have learned much along the way. It was not as difficult as I thought and today I have also been encouraging my dear mummy friends to join as mother bloggers - to share their wealth of experience.
Blogging has given Papa Ed and I one more common interest which we gladly share tips and discussions. I must say that I am THANKFUL to my friends and all who frequent my site, to all who read and share valuable parenting insights and personal experience with me, and also having the opportunity to be featured as Nuffnang Singapore’s June Blogger.
Many precious snippets of my parenting journey and also experience have slipped past and if I had started the blog earlier, I would have been able to look at the blog and recollect those days that we greatly missed. Well, there are still many beautiful moments ahead and so no worries:)
There is a reader, who has been reading my posts everyday, and I greatly appreciate this special reader in my heart. He is my son, Brendan. Each time, he reads my new posts, he will excitedly share with me his views. Now the blog has also become a memory bank for the boys to look back at the beautiful moments that we have spent together. I will treasure this in my heart………
I love blogging but need spend more time with family.
I agree that time has to be also allocated to spend quality time with the family
