Motivational Dialogues
As busy parents, I am sure we find ourselves able to retreat into our own corners and personal space to relax, do something that we enjoy or complete whatever outstanding chores, only after our kids have slept.
It is only when my boys have slept that my day begins…..These are the moments when I unwind myself by enjoying a little movie, continuing my TV drama marathon, blogging, reading, web surfing, online shopping, catching up with my plants, facial routine, and the list goes on….
I do hope that I can wake up each day not feeling that I wish I could have more sleep the night before. Each day and time is so precious that I do not feel complete if I have to end my day earlier than after midnight.
These days while sinking into my comfy sofa, enjoying my latest addition of English drama series, I came across dialogues that are highly motivational. I wish these dialogues would not only ”enlighten” me to see and practise life from a different perspective but also make an impact in the life of my sons.
With a mix-n-match of my own philosophy and motivational words that I have come across, these are some inspirational statements that will serve as my food for thought:
“We make silly mistakes in life because we create unnecessary fear of how we might end up”
“If we don’t learn to let go, we will never be able to fill our lives with the fruits of a different choice”
“Learn not to be too hopeful and there will be less disappointment”
“Do not live to regret later that ‘I wish I had been ….’, ‘I wish I tried ……’”
“If we do not know how to love ourselves, noone else trully will”
Not sure why I have become so philosophical today. Hopefully it is not due to those very traumatic experiences that I had gone through. However, I believe one will gain strength after each major ordeal to be a stronger person and try experiencing life from a different perpective.
