Airport Is Fun!
Airport used to be a place of joy - to receive our loved ones home, and a place of tears - bidding farewell to our loved ones. For me, airport left me much beautiful memories, especially when it was our favourite hangout during junior college days - we enjoyed the peace to revise our school work there:) I tend to avoid the airport when I have to send Papa Ed off for his overseas assignment but loves it whenever we are there to welcome him home.
Today, the Singapore Changi Airport offers much choices of recreation too, which include shopping facilities, many restaurants, and fun activities for families (in particularly kids). So, even without having to travel or check into the Departure Hall, it has become an ideal place to spend time with my family especially at Terminal 3. We dine there, enjoy our warm cup of beverage in the middle of the night, shop there at our favourite supermarket NTUC and even play there!
The boys enjoy hopping around the big and spacious environment. We have even seen kids cycling around! *oops*
The boys had a try on the Go Green - SEGWAY Fun Ride. It’s not that difficult - all they have to do is to bend their bodies to control the movement.
[Can't imagine a big playground in the middle of the airport right? It brings much fun to the kids although there is usually a long queue during peak hours.]
The charges:
We went twice to the BIG SNOW FANTASY which was available from 11 Nov 2009 - 4 Jan 2010.

Then there is the Go Kart At Changi Airport…..
And more…..Isn’t it fun at the Singapore Changi Airport even for the non-travellers?
(The airport bagged the “Best Airport” title in 2009 by British edition of Business Traveller magazine, and World’s Third Best Airport in 2009 by Skytrax.)
